- considered a very intelligent animal, the young boys ride it bareback and make the horse`s feet decorated with bells "ring" to the rhythm of the drums.
- this piece reflects the deep cultural heritage of Timor, where primitive-style sculptures are appreciated for their directness and connection to ancestral traditions.
